POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for greeting the public and controlling access of the facility to members only. This position requires knowledge of membership information and programs, the selling of same and entering of same in computer. This position also requires answering phones and giving tours of the facility.
SHIFT:
Opening 4:45AM-11:00AM Closing 5:00PM-9:00PM
QUALIFICATIONS
Position requires a High School Diploma. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Basic computer skills. Friendly, outgoing, people person. CPR/AED/First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
