Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Greet and assist clients with a polished, personal touch Offer refreshments and ensure lounge areas are impeccable Assist with the design and execution of personalized client experiences Ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint Work directly with sales and service teams to deliver elevated, seamless experiences Coordinate and support quarterly client events and offsite vehicle displays Work within our CRM system , ensuring unique client information is properly stored and maintained
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end retail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, poised, and proactive under pressure Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with CRM systems and customer data handling Flexible schedule availability, including some evenings or weekends as needed Passion for luxury service and creating memorable experiences
