Night Attendant – Monroe, LA Rampart Multi-Family a top leader in the property management business currently has an opening for a Night Attendant at a Multi-family Complex.

Duties include:

• Provides professional and friendly service to customers and tenants.
• Answers incoming phone calls and assist caller with their questions. Transfer when appropriate.
• Ensure that all guests to the property sign in and out after 5:00pm.
• Walk all floors of property at least twice during each shift for security purposes.
• Watch security cameras and ensure that property is secure. Handle and report any concerns.
• Be observant for any problems which could be a hazard or potentially dangerous for residents, staff, and guests.
• Report to the site manager any incidents that occurred on the property during shift.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent is required
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or security, preferred
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent people skills
• Dependable & flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive, initiate follow-through
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
• Salary based on experience
