Description We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Concierge to provide exceptional service in an upscale environment. This is a one-day contract opportunity based in Boston, Massachusetts, ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The role requires adherence to a business-appropriate dress code and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors with courtesy and professionalism
• Maintain a composed and detail-oriented demeanor at all times
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable
• Conduct facility inspections to uphold high standards of the environment
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold the company’s standards for customer service and confidentiality Requirements
• Proven experience in front desk or concierge roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a high-end environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable adhering to a strict and refined dress code
• Familiarity with facility inspections is a plus
