Security Fri-Sun 3PM -11PM Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Security Receptionist. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to provide front desk support, ensure visitor satisfaction, and contribute to the efficient operation of the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and attentive manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns
• Receive and manage incoming packages efficiently
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
• Monitor entrances and exits to uphold security protocols
• Collaborate with team members to address operational needs
• Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding security matters Requirements
• Previous experience in front desk or receptionist roles is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy
• Ability to perform facility inspections and ensure compliance with standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and communication
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Availability to work Friday through Sunday from 3 PM to 11 PM
