We’re hiring a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist to join our team and work between our Douglas and Worcester salon locations.

Douglas, MA & Worcester, MA (travel between locations required)
Hours:
Flexible; part-time and full-time positions available
Pay:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm, professional attitude
- Manage appointment scheduling (phone, walk-ins, online system)
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Support stylists and management as needed
- Assist with social media updates and basic marketing tasks (optional but a plus!
)
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to commute between locations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a salon/spa setting is a plus, but not required
- Tech-savvy with scheduling software (we’ll train you!
)
