We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and basic technology proficiency to provide exceptional support in a resident-facing role.

Schedule:

9:00 am – 5:00 pm with flexibility for weekends and evenings required .

Position Wage:

$17/hr.

Job Duties:

Primary duty: Act as a keyholder for resident apartments, consistently locking and unlocking individual units as requested by residents or per protocol. In addition to this primary responsibility, Concierge will also: Provide door attendant services Assist with event setup Perform valet parking Set up audio/visual equipment Walk dogs as requested Escort residents and guests throughout the property Attend the security desk and greet vendors and employees, determine nature of business, grant entrance and direct to the proper destination. Provide basic technical support for residents, assisting with tasks such as cell phone troubleshooting, laptop questions, and general technology needs Perform tasks that require extensive walking throughout the property Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years in customer service (Required) Valid Driver’s License (Required) Basic technology proficiency Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to interact effectively with residents, guests, and team members Reliable transportation is required Ability to walk frequently and consistently throughout the property as part of daily responsibilities
