Role:
We are seeking a dependable, professional Security Concierge to join our team at a high-end apartment complex
SOHO LUX.
This position combines front-desk service with security presence, creating a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism. Monitor building access and security cameras. Conduct routine patrols of the property (interior and exterior). Report suspicious activity or security incidents promptly. Manage visitor logs, deliveries, and vendor check-ins. Respond to emergencies and follow appropriate protocols. Maintain a polished and professional presence in the lobby.
Requirements:
Prior experience in security, concierge, or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to remain calm under pressure and in emergency situations. Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Security guard license or certification (if required by state/local law). Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Schedule & Pay:
Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, or holidays. Uniform required.
