Responsibilities:
Politely greet arriving and departing guestsProvide outstanding customer service and answer questionsCheck guests in and out through a computer programReview amenities, rates, and other relevant information with guestsProvide directions to rooms and other amenitiesListen to feedback and resolve issuesCalculate the total for stay and services usedAccept payment from guestsAnswer phone calls and emailsManage online and phone reservations and cancellationsMaintain a clean and organized service deskOrder office supplies and equipment if neededReceive and hold mail or packages for guestsMaintain a stocked snack area if needed
Position Requirements:
