About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Off Site Live Chat or Tele Chat Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance and timely responses to customer inquiries through live chat and telecommunication channels. This is a full-time hourly position geared towards professionals fluent in English, with a keen focus on creating a positive and seamless customer service experience. What You’ll Do Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat or telecommunication channels in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or services to enhance their experience. Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to deliver accurate support. Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed. Meet or exceed key performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores. Ensure adherence to company protocols and guidelines while engaging with customers. Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay current with updates and advancements in the company’s offerings. Qualifications Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or telecommunication capacity. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism. Proficiency in using customer support software or chat platforms. Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work. Flexible availability to work full-time, including potential evening or weekend shifts. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. The pay range for this role is: 28.44 – 32.33 USD per hour(Remote (Winston-Salem, North Carolina, US))
