Concierge Receptionist (Full Time) Carolina Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center 2345 Court Dr, Gastonia, NC 28054 With a strong customer service focus and commitment, the Concierge Receptionist courteously and efficiently operates the Practice’s central directory center so that the management of patients walking in and greeting process achieves the highest standards of patient service and satisfaction.

8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Requirements:
This individual must be outgoing, energetic, and sensitive to patient needs with strong communication skills. The position also requires excellent customer service skills consistent with patients, employees, and the public. A high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-2 years of medical office experience is preferred.
