The WEA serves as the initial point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of Client employees and guests. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. This role is client facing, so the ambassador must be able to exhibit good customer service and communication skills while providing a high touch hospitality focused service.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively develop and manage client relationships, exceeding expected service levels. Interact with clients of all levels in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure the physical workplace is functional and comfortable, including stocking pantries, maintaining clean spaces, tidying meeting rooms, and ensuring reasonable temperatures. Assist on-site employees in being productive by offering communication support, resource guides, and assistance with office services and engagement events. Support visitor management, including the booking of meetings and spaces. Offer on-site and virtual troubleshooting for audio-visual and technical issues. Foster a sense of community and belonging among employees. Set up, breakdown, refresh, and reset all meeting and event spaces, including furniture arrangement, audio-visual equipment, and other necessary items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting and event spaces, ensuring they are well-stocked and ready for use. Possess operational knowledge of all relevant equipment within the meeting and event spaces. Respond promptly to meeting and event setup requests, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering excellent customer service. Provide fast, reliable, and personalized service to employees, addressing their needs and preferences. Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of the soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies and regulations, and performance metrics to provide flawless execution and stable service delivery for the Client. Assist with third-party vendor relationships and service partners to provide maximum service delivery. Visibly engaged and well-known in the workplace; spend a minimum of two hours per day welcoming employees in the reception or employee entrances while also walking floors to ensure Workspaces (offices, desk, conference rooms, pantries, etc.) are stocked and maintained. Receive and respond to all requests or issues within one day of receipt, including a personal follow-up to Client employees to ensure questions/requests are answered. Identify potential risks and escalate, as appropriate, to ensure no privacy breech, security incident or disruption to the Client’s operations occur. Provide support and backup for all on-site experience roles including but not limited to conference centers, concierge, and reception functions.

Requirements:

1+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, or operations Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
