Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Agent Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist both current and future customers. •Must be able to pass Property, Casualty, Life and Health state licensing Your primary responsibilities will include: Answering phones and providing excellent customer service. Taking payments and answering account questions. Being a liaison between corporate and the local agency Reaching out to prospective customers and providing information about our products and services. Calling customers to check in on them after a claim or other event that occurred on their policy. Managing and updating databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Having needs-based sales conversations with current customers and future customers. Scheduling appointments.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer facing role. We have found that candidates with a background in retail, restaurants, apartment leasing are successful in this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficient in using various communication and collaboration tools (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing). Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and tools. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to make connections with customers and prospective customers.
