The emergency room concierge role is vital to the patient experience. This position will consist of four, 10 hour shifts a week with potential of rotating weekends. Hours are of 10am- 8pm. Responsibilities The Emergency Department Concierge will work closely with the Emergency Department
staff, and other support services to provide the best patient care and customer experience possible. They will assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, answering and/or finding answers to patient questions, wayfinding, offering assistance as needed, and rounding in the waiting room and in the ED itself. Qualifications Must be a high school graduate.
Must have experience with data entry and computer experience including apps.
Must be a team player with a positive and considerate attitude.
Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Must have knowledge of computers/kiosks.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Must be able to problem solve. Must be willing to perform various functions. Must be able to be cheerful and represent a positive, professional first impression at all times.
Must Maintain all information in a confidential manner.

Preferred:

Bilingual. Customer service experience.
