We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and community-minded individual to serve as our Sotherly Host —the heart and voice of our guest experience. Perfect for someone who loves Wilmington, knows the best local spots, and wants to make every guest feel at home. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and ensure a personalized, memorable arrival experience Share insider tips about Wilmington’s history, restaurants, and attractions Serve as a go-to resource for guests throughout their stay Work closely with hotel departments to ensure guests are happy and every detail is perfect Support occasional lobby events and guest receptions Promote a “Yes!” attitude across the team—anything to make the guest’s day Maintain a professional, positive attitude aligned with the company’s mission.
