Wilmington, NC Our facility is a one-of-a-kind destination, and we are looking for a one-of-a-kind service provider. The Front Desk Staff provides outstanding customer service to all guests, assists guests in a friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up. Focuses on our point of sale, tracks sales and goals, handles all the scheduling and customer communication. We are seeking a service-oriented, positive and hard-working individual with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Provides outstanding customer service to all guests of the spa. Assists guests in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary. Attend and embrace all training and development courses Exceptional client service skills. Maintain the distinct Head to Toe aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture. Strong time management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
