Responsibilities:
Greets customers in Service Drive and welcomes them to Parkway Hyundai. Leading customers to the correct Service Advisor by asking them who their appointment is with.
Leading / Walking
customers to the waiting area, showing brief tour of Dealership (restroom, amenities., etc.) Answers phone calls to answer questions and schedule service appointments. Basic knowledge of recalls and services. Ability to schedule service appointments in person and over the phone. Ability to navigate Reynolds & Reynolds to check customer history. Ability to navigate Reynolds & Reynolds to find out SOR status and vehicle status. Set the next service appointment if the Advisor is unable. Assist with cashiering and walking customer vehicle. Maintaining the fleet of Hyundai loaner vehicles. Keeping TSD updated multiple times a day with current info. Keeping track of all loaner agreements. Maintaining the vehicles. Checking fuel levels and sending for fuel when needed. Maintaining elevated level of cleanliness in vehicle. Writing up and closing our loaner agreements with customers. Performing walk-arounds at check-out and check-in to check for and record damages (if applicable). Reporting ALL damages to Service Manager immediately. Track appointments that require parts. Verify parts are her through parts department. Print daily pre-work orders and back pages for service department. Check for open recalls and add to work orders as necessary. Keep paper stocked for service drive. Put papers in printers when needed. Other tasks as assigned by manager. Monitors and stocks snacks, soda, and water for customer waiting room.
Expectations:
Extreme focus on customer satisfaction and service. Positive energy, happy, and commitment to brand. Work Tuesday through Friday 9 to 6 pm with a 1 hour lunch, and Saturdays 8 am until 2 pm . Cleanliness of service drive and customer waiting room. Basic computer and data entry skills. Excellent phone etiquette.
