Concierge Specialist & Cleaning Inspector Co-Hosting of the

Carolinas North Topsail Beach, NC Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Concierge Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our clients (vacation property owners) and their guests with their concierge home service needs, including restocking rental amenities, running property-related errands, cleaning inspections, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients Restock rental amenities as needed Perform cleaning inspections and perform very light cleaning duties if cleaning errors need addressed Run property-related errands for property owners and guests Inspect properties prior to guest arrival Other non-technical duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation with the ability to keep a concierge supply bag in your vehicle at all times Must be comfortable using technology, specifically the ResortCleaning app, to accept jobs and complete jobs. Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Schedule:
