Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated Part Time Concierge to join our team in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests and residents, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating positive experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and residents warmly, creating a welcoming and detail-oriented atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide detailed information about property amenities and services to guests and residents.
  • Monitor the front desk area to ensure it remains organized and presentable.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address resident concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Support property management staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or service providers to fulfill resident requests. Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative assistance, or receptionist roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software, such as phones, computers, and scheduling tools.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as required.
  • Familiarity with the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
