Spa Concierge Hillsborough Spa & Day Retreat Are you passionate about creating beautiful, memorable experiences for others? Hillsborough Spa & Day Retreat is seeking a warm, polished, service-focused Spa Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for a relaxing, luxurious experience from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for someone who loves to host, pays attention to the little details, and thrives in a calm, professional environment.

Your Role:

Greet guests warmly and guide them through their spa experience Manage check-ins, checkouts, and appointment flow using Mangomint Offer refreshments and maintain a welcoming environment Prepare and tidy spa spaces throughout the day (lounges, amenities, etc.) Answer guest questions, make product recommendations, and assist with rebooking Maintain a serene, organized atmosphere for guests and staff

What We’re Looking For:

A professional, polished, and friendly demeanor Excellent communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and a love of creating beautiful spaces Ability to multitask gracefully and anticipate guest needs Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or client service preferred (spa experience a plus!) Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
