Our mission is to provide exceptional care to healthcare facilities, their residents, and their staff by ensuring timely and professional vaccine administration. If you’re a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Certified Medical Assistant who loves helping others, we’d love to have you join our team as a Vaccination Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer vaccines on-site at healthcare facilities and business locations (Influenza, Pneumonia, Covid 19, RSV, Shingles, Hepatitis B). Accurately complete and manage requisition forms, both manually and electronically. Obtain and verify patient information for proper documentation and compliance. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when interacting with patients and staff. Uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency in vaccine administration.

Hours:

Each clinic can range between 1 and 8 hours. Clinics are scheduled based on availability. There is increased demand during peak. vaccination seasons (August•December) and a lighter schedule from January•July.

Primarily on the road, traveling to healthcare facilities and business sites.
