Join our Rockingham team where you will ensure clients can access our services in ways that are person centred, safe, responsive and convenient. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and will help refer them to appropriate services within Anglicare WA where appropriate. You will also provide support to ensure the smooth running of the office providing administrative support, accurately entering data and maintaining electronic client files. Work alongside passionate and dedicated professionals in a client centred environment where you can make an impact. This is a part time maximum term position until 12 September 2025, based in our Rockingham office. Desired Skills and Experience What you will bring You are a passionate and talented individual who wants to be part of a team who delivers quality services to our clients. To be successful in this role you will have: Relevant experience in a similar role or Cert IV qualification in community services
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to relate to a wide range of clients in need of assistance
Ability to respond to clients in distress, and be comfortable deescalating people who are upset
Well-developed computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, client management system)
Financial management skills including ability to issue invoices and receipt money The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and WA Working with Children Check.
