• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our R.O. Community Center. The CSR will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all community center visitors, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of community center programs and services is a plus

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all visitors entering the community center
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
• Provide information to visitors regarding community center programs, events, and services
• Assist with registration and payment processing for programs and facility rentals
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive experience for all community center visitors
