Job Description

Job Summary:

Coastal Credit Union Music Park is seeking Facilities Personnel to assist in making sure guests have a clean and safe concert experience. Responsible for maintaining venue standards in all areas before, during, and after shows. THE JOB As a member of the Facilities Team, you will be responsible for servicing any and all needs of the touring artist as they arise in preparation for the performance and general maintenance of the venue. Developing your discretion and anticipating the needs of the guests will be crucial as you learn on the job. Maintain the working order of all facilities at the venue Set up and remove all tour requirements Moving and setting up chairs and tables, setting up a security perimeter, painting touchups, building repair, facilitating large lines of guests, filling in for ushers or security when needed, interacting with the other departments around the venue, interfacing with the guests and ensuring the best possible evening, and more Prep the exterior of the building for show days Assist in the clean up at the end of the event and returning the venue to its default state

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Works directly with the Ops Manager and Facilities Supervisor to perform day of show duties, as well as, day to day operations Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure that service standards are met Perform opening/running/closing duties Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:

Working knowledge of high-volume operations and guest relations Skills in guest relations/staff relations- Assessing and anticipating special needs of guests Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time effectively, with an upbeat attitude Communicate well with team members and managers and foster an atmosphere of unity and camaraderie High School Diploma required

Preferred:

Experience in a live music environment Attention to detail and organizational skills
