Concierge (Receptionist) Sunrise of Franklin Lakes 728 Franklin Avenue, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417 Job details: Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extends a warm welcome and greeting, provides hospitality and ensures that the community safety protocols are in place. Answer incoming telephone calls and resident calls withing 3 rings with appropriate community message. Take complete messages with pertinent information as appropriate and communicates messages to the intended recipient. Manage appointments for residents and family members such as, but not limited to, hairdresser, transportation, etc. Create and maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory as needed. Perform administrative duties pertaining to the resident move-in process. Keep front desk and entry area neat and organized.
