We’re building something special from the ground up—a place where results, transparency, and client trust all come first. We’re looking for a reliable, people-oriented Front Desk Concierge who’s excited to grow with us and help shape an outstanding client experience from day one. Responsibilities Greet, check in, and check out clients with professionalism and care Manage scheduling, intake forms, payments, and appointment reminders Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Maintain front desk cleanliness and inventory Assist with retail product sales and spa promotions Support estheticians and management as needed to keep operations smooth Follow sanitation and safety protocols as needed Open and close the spa independently, following daily checklists and procedures Monitor and restock supplies in treatment rooms and retail displays Troubleshoot minor tech or scheduling issues and escalate when necessary Serve as primary point of contact when management is off-site

Requirements:

2+ years of front desk, reception, or customer service experience (spa/salon preferred) Comfortable using spa scheduling software Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Professional appearance and a positive, client-focused attitude Ability to take initiative and operate independently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable being the point person when spa owner or manager is off-site Bonus if you have: Valid NJ Esthetician License Experience with Boulevard or similar spa software Bilingual in Spanish or Korean Ability to assist with treatments if licensed and properly trained Comfort assisting estheticians with light support tasks like prepping treatment rooms or coordinating client flow during busy times
