You should be able to deal professionally with residents inquiries, effectively solve problems and respond appropriately to complaints. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, hospitality expertise, as well as knowledge of local area services. You will be responsible for assisting residents with outstanding customer service. Ultimately, you should help maintain a flawless reputation by providing outstanding guest service.
