About the Role This isn’t just front desk work. This is front-line leadership. You’ll be the first face people see, the voice they hear, and the energy they feel when they walk into our Market Center. From day-to-day operations to behind-the-scenes support, you’ll help create an environment where our agents and clients can thrive. What You’ll Do Greet everyone with warmth, professionalism, and a whole lot of personality Answer phones, direct calls, and handle front-desk responsibilities like a pro Keep the office organized, stocked, and running like clockwork Assist agents and leadership with scheduling, events, and onboarding Tackle admin tasks like document prep, data entry, and compliance follow-up Create a clean, calm, and client-ready office vibe at all times Support special projects and estate events with enthusiasm What You Bring to the Table A high school diploma (bonus points for real estate or business coursework) Previous experience in customer service, admin, hospitality, or front desk roles Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and face-to-face A calm, upbeat presence with serious multitasking skills An eye for detail and a heart for helping people
