Shift:

|Part-time Weeknights 4pm-8pm, Every other Weekend 8am-4pm

Responsibilities:

Be the friendly face of our community, welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism. Answer and direct calls with courtesy and efficiency . Assist residents, staff, and guests with inquiries and administrative needs. Manage clerical duties, including mail processing, supply inventory, and record-keeping . Help coordinate facility tours and share information with prospective residents. Maintain security by screening visitors and following check-in procedures.

Qualifications:
