Full Job Description Concierge Job Description Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations for new admissions to ensure a smooth transition. Perform ongoing satisfaction surveys with residents and their families to enhance their experience. Complete pre-admission room inspections to maintain quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and families throughout their stay, ensuring clear communication and support. Participate in weekly concierge meetings with the Director of Concierge and Administrator. Monitor residents’ experiences closely, addressing their needs and concerns with attention to detail.

Assist with facility tours for prospective residents and families. Manage and oversee Google reviews to maintain a positive online reputation. Assist with Menus for dietary team as needed. Customer service rounding on new patients. Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Satursday and SUnday 1pm to 8pm
