In this role, you will have adiverse range of responsibilities, combining event staff dutieswith security tasks to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience forevent attendees. We are seeking adaptable individuals withexcellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customerservice and safety.

Responsibilities:

Assist with event setup,including the arrangement of equipment, signage, and othernecessary materials. Monitor access points and conduct thoroughsecurity checks to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure the safetyof attendees. Provide friendly and helpful customer service byassisting attendees with inquiries, directions, and general eventinformation. Collaborate with event staff and security personnel tomaintain a safe and organized environment. Assist in crowdmanagement, including controlling entry and exit points andensuring proper flow of attendees. Respond promptly and effectivelyto security incidents or emergencies, following establishedprotocols. Monitor event areas to enforce event rules, regulations,and safety procedures. Handle and resolve attendee complaints orconflicts in a calm and professional manner. Adhere to companypolicies, procedures, and guidelines to deliver a high standard ofservice and security.

Requirements:

Be at least 18 years old (agerequirements may vary depending on local regulations). Hold a highschool diploma or equivalent (some college education is preferred).Previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or arelated field is advantageous. Possess strong physical fitness andthe ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Exhibitexcellent observational and problem-solving skills. Demonstrateexceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Workeffectively in a team and collaborate with individuals from diversebackgrounds. Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, andholidays based on event schedules. Possess a valid security licenseor be willing to obtain one (if required by local regulations).Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
