Responsibilities Related Rentals is hiring an Resident Service Specialist to help lead operations at one of our premier rental communities. In this role, you’ll work closely with the property team to make sure residents feel at home every day. From move-ins to daily support, you’ll help create a warm, well-run environment and ensure we deliver on our brand promise: “Expect More at Home.” If you’re passionate about hospitality, operational efficiency, and joining a high-performing team, we invite you to bring your expertise to a company that’s redefining urban living.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions Include:

Resident Experience & Support Welcome new residents and lead move-in orientations Answer resident questions and follow up on service requests Plan and support resident events and community activities Respond to concerns professionally and quickly Help residents understand building policies and resources Manage resident emails, surveys, and online portal use Office & Site Administration Process rent payments and resident paperwork Maintain accurate lease, billing, and site records Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and legal actions Assist with compliance for affordable housing programs Help with pet tracking, occupancy updates, and annual notices Support on-site services like health clubs, storage rentals, and amenities Communication & Coordination Work closely with leasing, maintenance, and regional teams Handle incident reports, lease violations, and resident follow-ups Track key dates like recertifications, renewals, and late notices Support regional projects and offer occasional help to other sites

Compesation:

$80,000- 95,000 + Discrestionary bonus Qualifications What You Need To Bring High school diploma or GED (college a plus) Experience in property management, hospitality, event planning or customer service preferred Strong communication and people skills Organized, dependable, and great at problem-solving Able to multitask and follow through Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and online systems Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed Notary license (or willingness to obtain it) What Sets You Apart A positive, can-do attitude You care about making people feel at home You’re a team player who jumps in where needed You love helping residents and solving problems #LI-NG1 #RMC
