Front Office Manager Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service Assist with: Stocking housekeeping carts and transporting them to assigned areas Checking guest departures Replenishing pool towels and removing soiled towels Perform general cleaning tasks, including: Dusting, polishing, and removing marks from hallway walls and furnishings Vacuuming carpets and executing floor care in guest rooms and hallways Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries Complete required safety training and certifications Properly store flammable and hazardous materials Maintain a clean and professional appearance and uniform Protect the confidentiality of proprietary information Greet and acknowledge all guests per company standards Anticipate guest needs and assist individuals with disabilities Express genuine appreciation to guests Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals Adhere to all quality and cleanliness standards Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
Physical Requirements:
Lift, carry, and move items up to 25 lbs. independently; over 25 lbs. with assistance Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts over sloped and uneven surfaces Perform physical movements including: Reaching overhead and below knees Bending, twisting, pulling, stooping Standing, sitting, kneeling, or walking for extended periods Grasping and manipulating objects with fine motor skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience:
At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
