$100,000/year ($50/hour) + Very Generous Bonus + Full Health & Dental Benefits Must live locally | Fluent English required | Seeking long-term commitment Offer 4 weeks PTO — During the times that the Family approves An ultra-high-net-worth family with adult children (ages 25 and up) is seeking a refined, experienced, and dedicated Executive-Level Housekeeper to join their fully staffed, year-round estate in Southampton. This is a full-time, salaried position (40 hours/week) offering long-term stability and a highly respectful, professional environment. The family is gracious, warm, and appreciates consistency. They are creatures of habit, so once their preferences are learned, the role flows smoothly and predictably.

Hours and Seasons:

The summer season (April through October) is the most demanding, with constant movement in and out of the home, weekend coverage, and a full, active household. Summer Scheduling is flexible across all seven days, with the goal of offering one Sunday off per month. Holiday coverage is required during the summer and around Christmas, with scheduling coordinated across the team. During the off-season (November through March), the home is far quieter, with significantly reduced activity and a two-week closure in January. While hours vary slightly based on the day’s needs, they remain within an eight-hour shift and rarely exceed 40 hours per week. If they do, the time is always given back. Paid time off — 4 weeks a year Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deep cleaning and daily upkeep of all interior spaces, ensuring the home is always spotless and guest-ready Walk-throughs of every room to maintain five-star presentation at all times Bed making and turndown service, laundry, garment care, and ironing as needed Light breakfast prep and kitchen support, assisting the chef to help ensure smooth daily service Serving the family for lunch or dinner, as well as at events and parties—formal or casual Helping with frequent summer entertaining, including large-scale gatherings like the 4th of July party (300+ guests) Supporting table service and resetting spaces before and after meals (the family eats at home regularly and rarely goes out) Seasonal organization, maintenance, and deep cleaning in the off-season to ensure the property remains in perfect condition year-round Set a table, and understands service Upholding discretion, cleanliness, and seamless service while working around family members and guests Working collaboratively and respectfully with the broader household team Qualifications The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, takes direction well, and thrives in a well-supported, team-oriented setting.
