Job Description
Conceirge specailist and front desk Veria Lifestyle Monticello, NY 12701 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concierge Specialist to join our spa and wellness team. This role is essential in providing a seamless, welcoming, and personalized experience for our guests, ensuring all their treatment and facility needs are handled with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and professionally address customer inquiries. Schedule treatments such as hydrotherapy, oil massages, and acupuncture, based on the guest’s purchased package. Contact retail customers to confirm or offer additional treatment options. Greet and assist guests upon arrival, directing them to spa facilities including the steam room, sauna, and treatment areas. Maintain accurate treatment schedules and records to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a concierge or in a spa/wellness setting is mandatory. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
