The desired candidate would be someone who is willing to work day or evening shifts and to fill in for vacation coverage when needed. In this role, the Concierge welcomes residents, guests, and contractors and points them in the right direction. A successful candidate will be capable of making customers feel welcome by greeting them with a smile and using tact and discretion in their interactions. This is a part-time position, which will be beneficial to individuals with other responsibilities such as school or family.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a welcoming demeanor and smile. Deliver quality service to every customer. Opening lobby doors and calling elevators for all guests. Attend to special requests or needs quickly and efficiently. Deliver packages to unit owners. Answer questions or resolve issues that may arise. Use a computer to observe the camera’s to keep the building secure. Have excellent listening skills. Maintain the cleanliness of all areas under your direct supervision including, but not limited to, guestrooms and lobbies.
