This position will work in our Shady Side location. Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty strives to be a real estate brokerage that offers exceptional service to clients and agents alike. It is for this reason that our Client Concierge team was created. The individuals fulfilling this position are the liaison between Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty sales professionals and administrative staff: making sure communication runs smoothly on both sides. Client Concierge Duties and Responsibilities Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, and invoices in assigned branch office(s) Schedules office meetings and organizes office events Ensures that respective branch office is always presentable to guests and agents Tracks lockbox traffic using MLS Inventory, using MLS reporting and a physical notebook in each office Assists agents in using Sotheby’s International Realty provided Apps & Tools Responsible for implementing corporate policies and protocols in branch offices Assists Marketing Director in several agent-related assignments/projects Ensure office efficiency is maintained through careful planning and use of office systems Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data Digitally processes agent Escrow and Commission checks – while keeping records of each deposit for up to a month Designs and implements filing system Manages office supplies and makes orders as necessary Creates and updates agent profiles across company website and real estate networking sites Collaborates with fellow Client Concierge colleagues to complete projects and discuss methods to maintain excellent service
