We have a “Comprehensive on-the-job training program”. Employees for this role should reside within 90 miles of Pittsburgh or Erie. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health Care Concierge Associate to join our 24/7 Member Services team. In this role, you’ll support both our WorkPartners and Member Services lines of business by serving as the first point of contact for individuals reporting work-related absences or inquiring about various benefits and leave programs As a Health Care Concierge, you’ll assist callers with the submission of Day One Absence notifications and guide them through processes related to Short-Term Disability, ADA, FMLA, PLOA, Leave Management, Workplace Accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation/Commercial Workers’ Compensation claims. You’ll also provide information, route inquiries to the appropriate specialists, and escalate concerns as needed This is a computer-based position that requires navigating multiple systems simultaneously, with the ability to multitask, listen, and type accurately in real time, and maintain high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week Hiring for the
Following Shifts:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Must be available to work one weekend day as part of your regular schedule
Shift Assignment:
Assigned by leadership based on business needs
Training Schedule:
Training will take place during daylight hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, regardless of your assigned shift
Holidays:
This is a 365-day operation — availability on holidays is required
Overtime:
Mandatory scheduled overtime may range from 30 to 90 minutes per day, including 9-hour Mondays. Advance notice is provided by the Wednesday before the work week High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience. Proficient in typing and writing skills required. Ability to make independent decisions required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheet program preferred. Complex analytical skills necessary to evaluate customer inquiries. Demonstrates good organizational skills. A desire to help others and portray empathy in all situations. Ability to learn complex health plan information. Demonstrate flexibility and motivation to learn & grow in the position. Flexibility in work schedule.
