Baseball. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance their experience at our events. Your contributions will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors as they arrive at the facility. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during events. Requirements Proven experience in customer support or front desk roles is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
