We rely on one another for help to ensure the work gets done and our customers always are happy. The Concierge at Scott Honda is motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing. The individual in this position is a key team player that answers incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. Assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns. Acts as the first impression as well as the final interface with the customer.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests in a friendly and punctual manner. Assist in-house guests by walking them to area’s needed. Seek solutions when addressing issues. Offer coffee, water, cafe or waiting area’s while guests are waiting. Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Answer calls, emails and other messages in a prompt and friendly manner. Ensure that guest lounges, children’s area’s, cafe, etc. are tidy and comfortable.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or relevant work experience Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude Excellent communication skills Flexible schedule, available for afternoons/evenings/weekends
