We’re looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Digital Communications Representative to join our Inside Sales team and help us continue to Bring Happiness to Every Home®. As a Digital Communications Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers engaging with us through digital platforms such as Web chat, Facebook, and SMS. You’ll be responsible for scheduling in-home consultations, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate responses across all digital channels.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with customers via live chat, social media messaging, and text using our internal softphone platform Schedule and update in-home consultations according to standard appointment policies Provide 5-star service with every interaction—whether via text, chat, or occasional outbound phone calls Maintain accurate and compliant communication practices in accordance with TCPA regulations Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to improve digital communication processes and tools Update and maintain digital communication templates with guidance from leadership Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally You’ll thrive in this role if you: Take ownership of your schedule and strive to keep our Design Consultants fully booked Meet or exceed expectations in response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction Consistently follow all compliance and contact standards Bring energy, attention to detail, and empathy to every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For:
