Patient Concierge Ephrata Family Dentistry 815 Martin Avenue, Ephrata, PA 17522 Are you a warm, friendly, and organized professional who enjoys making people feel welcome? Ephrata Family Dentistry is seeking a Patient Concierge to be the face of our practice and deliver exceptional service to every patient who walks through our door.
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients with a welcoming attitude and create a positive first impression Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and care Schedule and confirm appointments, optimizing the daily schedule Check patients in and out, assist with forms, and ensure smooth front desk operations Support the team with general administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of experience in a dental front office role A genuine desire to help others and create a welcoming environment Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort with technology and willingness to learn dental software
