The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in, check-out, and all follow-up is happening as described for guests. This role requires very strong communication and people skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Help make sure every guest feels as important and special to us as they are. Handle phone inquiries, reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities. Maintain organized files and records of guest information, reservations, and billing. Utilize office management skills to assist with administrative tasks as needed. Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer systems, including Google Suite applications. Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise. Qualifications Proven experience as a Front Desk Concierge at a Medical Spa/Spa. Must have at least 3-year experience working in the Medical Aesthetics field. Proficiency in phone systems and office management practices. Comfortability and confidence when calling / managing leads and prospects throughtout the sales cycle. Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours.
