In this role, you’ll serve as the friendly face of The Bayshore, warmly welcoming residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and service providers each day. You’ll be the first impression of our community—a cornerstone of exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities of the

Villas Experience Manager/Concierge Include:

Acting as the primary point of contact for our villa residents, quickly addressing and facilitating day-to-day concerns. Planning, organizing, and hosting scheduled events for villa residents, such as happy hours, educational seminars, and social outings Partnering with our community leadership team to position The Villas Orienting new villa residents to the community, services, and their new home. Introducing them to community leadership and tailoring their experience to their personality, background, and interests. Receiving and documenting delivery packages, notifying residents (recipients) upon their arrival. Preparing and managing maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff. Providing assistance to the Executive Director and Director of Sales with various projects and assignments Ability to drive 12 passenger bus and/or sedan transporting residents for group outings, personal appointments, etc If you have a passion for creating memorable experiences and a commitment to outstanding service, we’d love to hear from you!
