Full Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a hospitality-driven individual with strong local knowledge to join our team as Concierge – Hospitality & Experience . As the first point of contact for our guests, this role is focused on delivering warm, thoughtful service and providing personalized recommendations that reflect the best of Charleston. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about connecting people with meaningful experiences. Overnight shifts may be required based on business levels and team coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
Concierge-Level Service:

Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience by assisting guests with dining, cultural, and activity recommendations throughout Charleston.

Warm Hospitality:

Welcome and engage guests with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on creating lasting impressions.

Communication:

Maintain proactive, consistent communication with guests and internal teams to ensure a seamless stay.

Local Expertise:

Act as a trusted resource for guests, helping them discover Charleston’s best offerings and coordinating reservations, transportation, and other special requests.

Administrative Accuracy:

Manage reservations, guest billing, and tasks within the property management system (PMS) with accuracy and attention to detail.

Clean & Organized Spaces:

Maintain guest-facing and work areas to reflect the property’s standard of excellence.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.

Schedule Flexibility:

Available for a range of shifts, including evenings and occasional overnights as needed.
