Concierge Position Available In York, South Carolina

Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Concierge to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guests, and tenants, ensuring their business and personal needs are met with efficiency and care. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Record and manage service requests, ensuring they are logged and tracked accurately for timely resolution.
• Coordinate and confirm dining, recreational, and business activities on behalf of clients, responding promptly to their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a proactive and detail-oriented manner.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of local business recommendations, including transportation, dining, and entertainment options.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency protocols, notifying appropriate personnel to maintain safety standards.
• Handle client and tenant complaints with tact and efficiency, offering effective solutions to meet their needs.
• Resolve complex issues by identifying and implementing appropriate approaches to achieve team goals.
• Assist management with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with organizational procedures and standards.
• Lead by example, modeling detail-oriented behavior and fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Encourage referrals by creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all guests and tenants. Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience; prior supervisory or shift management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of processes, procedures, and systems within the role, with basic knowledge of related functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with service request management and the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Experience in concierge services, including scheduling, reservations, and transportation coordination.
