Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all guests, clients, and agents in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone system, direct calls, and handle general inquiries. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, and shared spaces. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and office deliveries. Support onboarding and orientation for new agents, including preparation of welcome packets and materials. Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Assist the Team Leader, Market Center Administrator (MCA), and other staff with special projects and administrative tasks. Promote a culture of positivity, professionalism, and customer focus throughout the office. Update and maintain internal databases, contact lists, and marketing materials as needed. Schedule meetings, coordinate events, and help manage office calendars.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, or front-desk experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
