Job Description

Clerical – Field Office Staff 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Morristown, TN 37813

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Assist the District Assistant Answer phones and route calls, provide information to client, refer questions and issues to appropriate staff for problem resolution Create internal/external correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets Order and maintain office supplies

Record Keeping Maintenance:

Data Entry, Filing, Scanning etc. May act as a liaison for office locations and maintenance issues Assist with all new hire paperwork Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information. Must be able to communicate with others. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Pre-Screen Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and/or MVR check.

License & Certifications:

Driver’s License Required.
