Duties & Responsibilities:

Welcome and build rapport with guests, as this is the guests first impression of the location Answering general questions about the location. If an answer is unknown, the concierge can seek the answer and direct the guest to the appropriate manager Making guest reservations Use tact and good judgement when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy Maintains a clean and organized welcome area Help to build STAR experience for guests Believes in SAFETY to protect the guests and other team members Team Member may be required to perform other duties Have fun!

Requirements:

Flexibility to work varied shifts to include days and nights, weekends, and holidays A minimum of 6 months’ work experience in a high-volume restaurant or retail Understands restaurant etiquette Familiarity with health and safety regulations Demonstrated customer service skills Enjoy interacting with families and children; passionate about guest service Positive, optimistic, friendly, outgoing, and able to smile frequently with high energy Ability to work in fast paced environment, take initiative and resolve problems Must be able to use a computer Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be at least 18 years old Must pass a pre-employment background check. Able to be genuinely friendly and caring and by taking pride in their work. Must be self-motivated and disciplined. Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis. Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.

Must display being:
