Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly, assist with check-in/out procedures, and provide personalized recommendations for services based on client needs and preferences.

Deliver outstanding customer service at all touchpoints, ensuring that clients’ inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly and courteously.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with other team members, including practitioners and administrative staff, to ensure seamless coordination of client services and support a cohesive team environment.

Continuous Improvement:

Actively seek feedback from clients and colleagues to identify opportunities for enhancing service quality and optimizing the client experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a wellness or hospitality setting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional client service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge or interest in holistic wellness practices, including mind-body therapies, nutrition, spa treatments, and beauty services. Proficiency in computer applications such as scheduling software, email, and basic office programs, preferred.
